Our mission
FUNDECOIPA is an independent foundation and can not intervene in political or religious matters.
The primary objectives of FUNDECOIPA are:
· To provide community as well as personal development for the members socially, educationally and economically with the aim of a joint sustainable development
· Promote a multicultural society at national as well as international level and protect the heritage and cultural identity of the indigenous nationalities of the Ecuadorian Amazon encouraging their customs and traditions
· Defend both individual and collective territories and the natural resources in the Ecuadorian Amazon through the implementation of alternative projects.
· Maintain local, national and international solidarity with the communities who fight for their rights and claims.
· Respect, care, fraternity, equality and solidarity will be the fundamental principles of the members and the communities belonging to the foundation
